Generally, it is not necessary to laboratory test mould samples taken, but it some circumstances mould identification may be required. Our belief is that if mould is present on an ongoing basis, remediation is required, regardless of the type of mould growth.

Our mould testing equipment captures samples of the mould growth as well as dust samples in which mould spores will be present. All of our mould testing is undertaken in house.

Non-intrusive testing - (Airborne samples and surface swabs. 1 air sample and 1 swab per room) = $190 PER ROOM (minimum charge applies).
Intrusive testing (samples taken from within wall cavities) - (Airborne samples and surface swabs. 1 air sample and 1 swab per room) = $290 PER ROOM (minimum charge applies).
